Conduit Transactional Websites
The majority of Conduit’s customers have deployed transactional eCommerce websites. Conduit provides a complete solution by developing, hosting and maintaining the sites, as well as electronic integration into organisation’s ERP systems, and EDI services with trading partners.
The Conduit solutions are designed to be used in both the Business to Consumer (B2C) and Business to Business (B2B) environment and can be fully integrated into clients ERP system using Conduit’s EDI hub services.
All of Conduits websites are fully hosted by Conduit in our state of the art data centre, so charges involve a development and implementation fee and a monthly hosting, access and licensing fee.
The initial set up fee depends upon the complexity of the website. In the first instance Conduit engage the customer in a scoping exercise to determine and document the business requirements. This exercise results in the delivery of a Functional Specification to the client for sign off before development commences.
Conduit eCommerce sites have a proven track record and have been continually expanded and improved as customers have required additional functionality. They are all hosted on Conduit’s server system which is housed in a secure facility, where daily backups are taken and stored offsite.
The websites are feature rich and have been optimised to make the supply chain of the site owners more efficient and streamline backend processes.
