Masterpack Support & Integration
Conduit supplies and supports the Masterpack ERP and Warehouse Manager system. We work with the organisations in New Zealand who utilise Masterpack to provide technical support, integration systems and implementation of upgrades.

Canon New Zealand, supply a range of high-quality technology solutions including cameras, printers, copiers, and a number of other products. Canon invests heavily in its systems to support the highest standards of service to its customers and the New Zealand market.
In an ongoing focus on streamlining its business processes, Canon elected to adopt Conduit’s hosted electronic document exchange to facilitate EDI between itself and key customers, for the exchange of orders and invoices. This service will fully automate the document processing between Canon and customer.
In addition to EDI services, Canon have implemented Conduit DataPort, a management tool for creation and scheduling of data extraction processes from their internal systems to provide flexible and variable business and financial reporting.
Express Data NZ is a specialist networking distribution partner supplying market leading networking technologies to New Zealand technology channels. In 2002 Express Data retained Conduit to provide UniVerse, UNIX and Masterpack services and to complete the migration of their business-critical ERP system to a new hardware platform.
Express Data selected Conduit on the basis of their reputation in the market, and highly professional approach to the project. Execution of the migration requirements occurred on time and within budget, with minimal disruption to the organisation and zero loss of business uptime.
Panasonic New Zealand Limited selected Conduit to upgrade their Masterpack ERP system and deploy on a new IBM server. The project was completed on time and to budget, and replaced Panasonic’s 5 years server, and upgraded the SB+ software to the latest version.
